Mr. Stephen Robinson at Keene Chrysler made the process of purchasing a vehicle as easy as it gets. He was always honest, upfront and I never felt hustled. I was in a difficult situation with my husband at Fort Bragg and me stranded without a car with our four children. Bonneville and Son Chrysler, in Manchester, had insured us that our new car would be ready to be picked up September 15th. After much pressing I finally get that the car never shipped and wouldn't be shipped until October 15th. From day one they were never honest. That morning I walked into Keene Chrysler and Stephen got me into the car we wanted. There were some obstacles with purchasing since my husband wasn't present. The General Manager (Mr. Larry Monson) and Finance Manager (Mr. Duston Blanchette) worked with me to solve the issue. The entire staff was courteous and helpful. After getting the runaround and waiting for weeks to get accurate information from Bonneville, I didn't think it would be so easy to get the vehicle we wanted. Thank you Keene Chrysler for being a great company and putting the customer first.

I just purchased a used Chrysler 300 from Keene. I looked for months to find the right vehicle and finally found it in New Hampshire. I live near Syracuse NY and I was not sure about the possibility of having them deliver it. I called and spoke to Steve, he answered all my questions and we agreed on a fair price. Steve was very helpful getting all the paperwork together, and he had it delivered right to my door. It was in mint condition. I will definitely do business in the future with Keene Chrysler and would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thanks again Steve.
Pretty much what everyone else here has said. Low pressure, friendly and helpful environment. Larry Monson the GM and PJ in sales both helped to get me the truck I wanted at a payment that worked for me. When I went in a few days later to get my truck the payment was actually lower than what I was quoted AND they paid my first month payment because of the error they made. How is that for transparency???
I phoned at noon and told the sales manager I was on my way to purchase the 2019 crew cab Dodge Ram 1500. Within 4 hours I drove away in my new truck. What a great team. Thanks Brian
I've done business with Keene Chrysler twice, both to sell a vehicle and to purchase a new one. Paul and Stephen were friendly and helpful and didn't play any games or waste my time. They were personable and carried on conversations outside of the business aspect as well which was nice. One of the more important things to note is that I was not bombarded with multiple phone calls a day by them. They left me an initial voicemail and let me get back to them on my own time, which is why I decided to give them the chance to earn my business over other dealerships. I received a good deal on my new purchase and left without feeling irritated or stressed out. When it comes time to again purchase a new vehicle, I intend to see what their offers are first. I've not yet used their service department but I intend to look into that next.
We were in the Keene area when the engine light lit on our Town and Country. We went to this dealer for help. Brian, from the sales floor, took the car to service and they diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and told us it was safe to go home to NY. While they were working on it Brian answered all our questions about new vehicles even though he knew we were probably not going to be customers. About 20 years ago the transmission failed on another car and this dealership replaced it within two days. Great service, great attitude. Highly recommended.
I knew exactly what I wanted when I walked into the dealership and Steve was able to locate it at another dealership and have it brought to Keene the next day. Extremely efficient service and he didn't try to sell me something else instead!
