Friday night, 4:30 PM, on our way home to Virginia, lost serpantine belt to my jeep. Towed to Keene Jeep to see if they could repair on Saturday. Service tech volunteered to stay late Friday night to fix belt and electric fan it took out. Done in one hour and very professionally. Not your everyday dealership. Head and shoulders above what I have seen in other dealership. Professional in all aspects and happy to take care of thier customers. This place is the place to go in this area. I wish we had a dealership like this in Hampton Roads Virginia. I can not thank Jeremy and his service crew enough for what they provided on that Friday night. Thanks to everyone at Keene Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep.

I have had service at this dealer off and on for years.  My first sales experience was in 2009 when I custom ordered a 2009 Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie.  I had found them to be easy to work with.  They didn't pull the high pressure garbage that is all too common at a car dealer.  I price shopped the area and found no deals that were better than they were willing to offer me.  What I did find at competing dealers were bad attitudes.  I always am upfront that I AM BUYING this vehicle so that I don't have to be sold on the vehicle.  I like numbers.  Keene Chrysler was able to see this and get to business.

 

I have had excellent luck Ram 1500 and other vehicles in my small fleet, so I've yet to have a serious break down, but I have had two flat tires recently.   Keene Chrysler was able to fit me right in both times.  They were also very competitive with tire pricing have been great about working into my schedule.

 

I would recommend this dealer wholeheartedly.

My Review of Keene Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
My husband and I stopped by several dealerships on a rainy Sunday. Mostly to look around and not have to deal with pushy car sales people. Not long after pulling into the parking lot of Keene Chrysler Dodge Jeep I found the vehicle I knew I wanted. But I did have alot of questions. It must have been fate, because out walked "Kevin Lougee". He asked if we needed help and from there we looked at several different vehicles....but my heart kept coming back to the 2011 Dodge Durango Crew. He told us to take it for a drive and the Durango would speak for itself. When we got back Kevin asked what questions we had. He answered all the questions we had at the time. The next day he answered even more questions.
In all my years of having to deal with any kind of sales person, Kevin Lougee has been such a wonderful person to deal with. If there was anything he didn't know (there wasn't much) he made sure to find out for us. Needless to say because of this wonderful salesman I now own a 2011 Dodge Durango Crew. And I LOVE IT!!!!

My Review of Keene Chrysler Jeep Dodge:
No matter what the reason for purchasing a new auto, the process of buying one can be stressful at best. Kevin was very knowledgable of his product and allowed me to decide what I wanted and how it would work for me. Not once did I feel pressured or deceived. He offered me a fair deal on a 2010 Chrysler Sebring, Ltd. and I love the way it drives, the mileage it gets and the sleek beauty of it. The dealership also gave me a fair price on my trade-in which had very little life left in it. In addition to the assistance offered by Kevin, I popped into the dealership one day when Kevin was not there and his boss, Mike, took time to visit with my husband and me and, again, was not pressuring or pushy, but seemed truly confident in the product he was showing us. In contrast to our experience with Keene Chrysler Jeep Dodge, we had visited another dealership in Keene and felt that we had been held hostage for the better part of a day and still walked away with no vehicle because they wanted to sell us everything but what we asked about. We have driven Chryslers for the past eight years and have had great experiences with this U.S. product. Keene Chrysler Jeep Dodge reinforced our belief that Chrysler is a good product and the people who tend to sell them are hardworking and respectful of the buyer. The staff at Keene Dodge saved our vacation.We were travelling when our truck overheated. It was towed to the dealership.As it turned out, the entire staff working that day bent over backwards to assist us and despite how busy they were that day, managed to figure out what was wrong with the truck and fix it by late afternoon- setting us on our way, saving our vacation, when we were concerned it was going to be delayed to the point of possibly being ruined.The staff was terrific... and they took care of us as if we were repeat customers that they needed to keep happy-rather than the passing through vacationers we were. All the people we shared the waiting room with were repeat customers- and they raved about the service department and told us we were lucky to break down where we did- your customers promised us it would all work out because we were in good hands. "June 2, 2009 - To All of the Folks at Keene Chrysler"

About two months ago my wife and I bought a Jeep Wrangler X from you folks, and the experience has caused me to write this letter so that all of you can know how Chris and I feel.  Without question, this was simply the best automotive encounter in our lives!

The most important part of our time thus far with Keene Chrysler has been with Brian Zipps.  After our old Subaru broke down - again - we went to your business on a Saturday afternoon hoping that there was no one around.  Chris was a Wrangler owner from the early 90's, and even though we had owned imports since then, thought it would be fun to look at Jeeps.  We were surprised to find Brian was working, and even more surprised when he was courteous, welcoming, and then - after producing his card, left us alone.

Brian must have been able to tell we were serious car-buyers, and he treated us just the way we wanted and needed to be.  After a few days of thinking, we called him up and came back down with a long list of questions ranging from how to drive a new Jeep the right way to what the real deal is with Chrysler cars.  He was clearly a man who knew and loved his product, but - most importantly - we could not believe how sincere and welcoming he was.  We were also shocked at the level of camaraderie between everyone.  There was not an air of competition, but one of friendship.  We discussed our budget with him, our lifestyle, and our plans for the future.  He talked to Chris as someone who had been a Jeep owner, and not just as my wife who was along for the ride.  He was able to fit us with a perfect match and we drove home with not only a great new vehicle, but also a new understanding of the quality products that Chrysler has been putting out for many years now.

We have since come back with more questions for Brian about four-wheeling, and to have the service department look at a minor issue.  Service is as kind and professional as Brian and the other associates we have met.  Both Chris and I feel like we did when we were little kids going with our parents to buy a car.  Back then it was a big deal, an event.  It was done with people who remembered your name and had an ample supply of donuts (and you guys have danishes.  Even better!)  It was done with people who introduced you to their managers (which Brian did for us) and let you knew you were joining a family.

Bravo, Keene Chrysler.  We love our Jeep wildly, it has revitalized something in my wife about driving a vehicle that has been absent for many years, and has given us a new connection to the New Hampshire woods we love so much.

Dear Mr. Silvestri,

I want to thank you and your staff at Keene Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep for the great service I received while visiting friends in Keene.

My Jeep Grand Cherokee's alarm malfunctioned in Vermont at night on February 23, 2009, and it was towed in the very early morning hours on February 24, 2009.  I had never been in such cold weather in my entire life!

Your dealership disengaged the alarm system so my Jeep was drivable. 

I was very shocked when I asked for a pickup ride to your facility in the afternoon when the Jeep was repaired.  I was told the driver would be there in "five minutes" and what do you know he was there in five minutes!

Your staff insured a happy ending to my first trip up North and in the next days I continued to drive my Jeep around New Hampshire and Vermont, enjoying the snow!  It also restored my faith in people's word as your advisor Nick Owen said your dealership would have me up and running.  And he was right.

I would highly recommend this service dept. AND service is a BIG part of purchasing your vehicle! I did not get exceptional service because I purchased my vehicle there because I did not. I just happened to be out of town when I made a purchase, but they have treated me with personalized service along the way. My husband JUST returned from a year long tour in Afghanistan --- I can say along the way I utilized the services offered here several times. Every time whether it was for tires, A/C issue, oil change, etc. --- they ONLY did what was necessary and offered info for something that would need upcoming attention to give me time to plan,they went out of their way to sign me up after all paperwork was completed for free oil changes and a discount and reran everything to save me 9.00 on one service towards the next. REALLY who does that!! I could've walked out not knowing about either. The MOST IMPORTANT service they offered was the day I was ready to leave Keene to pick my husband up in Burlington on DEC 14th 2010-- I locked my keys in my vehicle while it was running-NO clue where my spare was and was SO in the Homecoming mode I could not think straight anyway! I frantically called them and they gave me their protocol for cutting a key to unlock the door. It included the VIN, bringing down the info, waiting for them to cut the key. To make a long story short, right in the middle of being busy, they had this upset wife on the phone worried she would be late picking up her husband she had not seen in a year--they dropped what they were doing and coordinated someone to take vehicle info and VIN, someone started cutting the key, address was input and map was printed as they set up the delivery with one of their drivers, I was called back and reassured a driver was on his way!!! I looked out my window and the courtesy driver was there -- ALL HONESTLY within 1/2 hr! I have no idea how they did that in that time frame!!! So in addition to the superior service and personalized attention, information they provide and honest and dependable quotes while my husband was gone---- I want to -- let me change that to WE want to thank Mark and staff for being there for the past 15 mths and Truly going out of your way with quality work and a service dept that cares!! I have purchased 3 PT Cruisers fronm Keene Chrysler and have completely satisfied.  The salesman, Steve Robinson, could not have been more friendly or professional.  When I bring the car in for servicing, the greeting is cordial and all the employees in the service department are most helpful.  They explain any issues or problems I might have and they also inform me of any special promotions which are available.  Since my current PT Cruiser is a 2010, and the last year it will be made, I hope that the Chryser corporation will make something comparable should I need a new vehicle in the coming years.  I can't imagine going to another dealership.
